Can anybody purchase the graphics listed on your website?
Yes. Our graphics are mainly suited to current trend manufacturers but hey if you want to print a purchased graphic & hang it on your wall that is ok too :)

What can I use your graphics for?
You may print our exclusive graphics on your products in any quantity including:
  - Screen Prints, digital prints and reproductions in any quantity for clothing lines or brands;
  - Flash Animations, Routing and Laser Engraving, Publishing;  - Advertising and promotional collateral and printed materials;
  - Online or electronic publications, including web pages

How long do I have the rights for on my purchased graphics?
You have the right to reproduce our graphics on your product(s) in any quantity for a 24-month period from the time of purchase.

What if my products are still for sale after the 24-month period has finished?
You may keep your products on sale until they are sold even after the 24-month period from the time of purchase but you may not reproduce any more from the purchased Graphics after that period.

Can I own the ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ on the graphics from Graphic Art Downloads?
No. We do not transfer the ‘Intellectual Property Rights. We give the purchaser the right to reproduce our graphics on your product(s) in any quantity for a 24-month period from the time of purchase. See our "Terms & Conditions" for full details.

How do I make a purchase?
  - Select the graphic/s from our extensive catalogue and add to your cart
  - Select your shopping cart and login, then select "Purchase Now"
  - You will then be directed to our "secure payment system". Enter in the required fields. - After the transaction has successfully completed you will be re-directed back to your account where you can download the graphics.

What file format are the graphics saved in?
Files are saved in the native file format that they were created in. Check the ‘Product Information’ page for each graphic to see a more detailed description of the file. We use and recommend you use the following applications: .psd – Adobe Photoshop .ai – Adobe Illustrator

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal.

What currency are the items listed in?
All of our graphics are listed in United States Dollars (USD) or Australian Dollars (AUD). The currency is displayed at the top right of the website.

Can I purchase graphics from Graphic Art Downloads and resell it?
No, you may not resell the graphics as digital files. You may use the graphics for print reproduction in any quantity. See our "Terms & Conditions" for full details.

Can I modify the graphics I purchase?
Yes. You will need to ensure you have the skill set and toolset to perform the request modifications. Check out our application list below for guidance.

Can your graphics department modify the graphics for me?
We can’t change the graphics, which are currently listed however we can be comissioned to create new graphics. Please contact us if you require customized graphics to suit your brief.

Are my purchases safe and secure?
Yes, absolutely. We do not store ANY credit card details on our servers or our merchant servers. Credit Card information is sent via SSL 128 bit encryption for the single transaction only, then discarded. Our onsite IT staff ensure our servers are not compromised at all times.

My order is in, now what?
Once the order has been placed and the credit card transaction has been successfully completed, you will be re-directed back to your account where you can download your purchased item. Simply click on the download link and your download will start immediately.

How long will it take to download my purchase?
You can start the download immediately & depending on the file size and your internet connection speed, the graphics should download to your computer within a few minutes. If you are experiencing any issues, please email us and we will work with you on downloading items. support@graphicartdownloads.com

My downloaded file is a zip file. How do I open it?
We compress the files so the download faster and consume less storage space. You will need to uncompress the file. Windows 7, Vista, XP, & Mac OS X have built in zip file uncompression tools.

I’ve deleted my item from my computer, can I re-download it?
Yes, simply log back into your account and the default home page will allow you to download the artwork for a 30-day period. If you require a re-download past the 30-day period then you will need to contact us.

What is Graphic Art Downloads policy on refunds or exchanges?
We don’t give refund as we produce and sell digital files. If the file you download is corrupted or contains an error, please contact us immediately and we will fix the issue so that you can download the graphic as purchased. See our "Terms & Conditions" for full details.
